Chief Cyber Intel Strategist, MITRE Corporation
Christina Fowler is the chief cyber intel strategist within MITRE InfoSec and leads the Cyber Threat Analysis Cell which includes malware analysts, intel analysts, DevOps, and adversary post-exploitation research. She is the lead for the MITRE Shield active defense knowledge base. Fowler has more than 20 years of experience in cyber investigations, focused threat analysis, network security and implementation, and IT management. She previously served as a member of the Board of Directors for the National Defense ISAC (NDISAC). She is a recognized expert within the Defense Industrial Base (DIB) and U.S. Federal Law Enforcement Communities on technical matters relating to cyber deception, computer forensics, computer crime investigations, cyber espionage, and network security. Fowler received a bachelor’s degree in mathematical sciences from Clemson University and a master’s degree in computer resources and information management from Webster University.
